Return Policy

At Mahadev Krupa, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and maintaining transparency in our policies. Please read the following terms carefully before placing your order.


1. General Terms

No returns or exchanges will be accepted due to size issues or personal preferences.

All products are quality-checked before dispatch.

Customers are advised to review product details, descriptions, and sizing information thoroughly before ordering.


2. 7-Day Replacement Policy

You may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery only if:

A wrong item was received (must be supported with an unboxing video).

The product received is defective or damaged (must be supported with an unboxing video).

Note:
A clear unboxing video (from package sealed state to product shown) is mandatory to initiate any return or replacement.
Replacement will be processed only after inspection. The final decision rests with our quality team.


3. Non-Eligible Scenarios

Returns or replacements will not be accepted if:

The product is used, worn, washed, damaged, or altered by the customer.

The product is not returned with original packaging, box, pouch, certification, or inserts.

The product is not in the same condition as delivered.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, and returned with all original inclusions.


4. Review & Inspection

Our team will review the photos and unboxing video submitted by you.
Based on this, we will determine approval or rejection of the claim.
The inspection team’s decision will be final.


5. Prepaid Orders

If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, the refund will be issued to the original payment method, after deducting shipping charges.

We are not responsible for any extra amount paid to the delivery agent in case the customer fails to verify the COD amount during delivery.


6. Policy Duration

Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
No requests will be accepted after 7 days, under any circumstances.


7. How to Initiate a Return / Replacement

Enter Order Details
Visit the Return/Exchange page and enter your Order Number and registered Email/Phone.

Choose Request Type
Select whether you want a Return or Replacement.

Upload Evidence
Upload clear product photos and a full unboxing video along with issue details.

Pickup Arrangement
Once approved, a courier pickup will be scheduled (if available in your area).

Inspection & Refund/Replacement
After the product reaches us and clears inspection, the refund/replacement will be processed.


8. Areas Without Pickup Service

If courier pickup is not available at your location, you will be required to self-ship the product to our return address.
The refund/replacement will be processed after product receipt and successful inspection.


⚠️ Important Notes

A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory for any damaged/wrong item claim.

Requests without an unboxing video will not be processed.

Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
