1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team via email or WhatsApp.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, please refer to the Return Policy below.
2. Return & Replacement Policy
We accept returns or replacements within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Return:
The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
A compulsory unboxing video must be provided as proof — the video should clearly show:
The parcel being opened without cuts or edits, and
The issue or damage (if any) visible in the same recording.
Without a valid unboxing video, returns or replacements will not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return or cancellation once delivered:
Customized or personalized items.
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
Products without the original packaging or missing accessories.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Wrong Product Received
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
Record an unboxing video showing the issue clearly.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp with the video proof.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on the inspection of the submitted video.
